Mobai is growing fast and have recently secured additional financing to support our journey in Norway and abroad. About the Role:

In this role you will act as a technical pre-sales specialist and be a member of the sales and marketing team. Mobai is focused on delivering our core biometric services to the market both directly and indirectly, and provide smooth and qualified support for our customers and partners. You will engage closely with product and tech teams and be instrumental in defining technical sales strategies for prospects, partners and relevant use cases. You are expected to proactively identify and contribute to build and qualify opportunities in our current customer base, communicate and assist with new product launches and build awareness and interest for Mobai’s roadmap and future products and services

What you will do:

  • Design technical and solutions strategies based on Mobai ‘s product portfolio
  • Build and deliver product demonstrations and interactive workshops and system architecture with customers and partners.
  • Lead and deliver technical PoCs and Pilot Projects
  • Deliver product and technical content for RFP responses
  • Handle presentations at trade shows and conferences
  • Stay up tp date and contribute to the technical direction of the company while keeping a customer-centric approach
  • Ensure proactive communication with customers
  • Be a technical advisor to customer’s senior IT and Business management
  • Proactively reach out to current customers and create interest for new products

We expect you have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT or another related field or equivalent
  • 3-5+ years experience working as a Technical Pre-sales in sectors such as biometrics, fraud prevention, AML, Identity Verification, Authentication, Payments and/or the eID space
  • Strong understanding of market regulations and trends in the Identity and payment space, and in particular relating to fraud detection
  • A strong understanding of different products, strategies and solutions used in the market in relation to fraud prevention, AML, and Identity verification
