🚀 Junior Mobile Developer (iOS/Android/React Native)

Our Biometrics team builds SDKs for Android, iOS, and other cross-platform frameworks that make it easy for our customers to integrate our solutions while delivering great end-user experiences.

Your area of responsibility
- Contribute to building and improving our mobile apps and SDKs (Android, iOS, and/or React Native).
- Turn product requirements into well-structured features, together with senior developers and the product team.
- Help maintain code quality through clean code, code reviews, and testing.
- Debug issues and help improve performance, stability, and device/OS compatibility.
- Write and maintain developer-friendly documentation for SDKs and mobile components.
- Learn and follow mobile platform updates (iOS/Android) and help us adapt when needed.

What we are looking for
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome; internships and personal projects count).
- Some hands-on development experience in iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or React Native.
- Motivation to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve.
- A practical mindset: you like shipping, iterating, and improving step by step.
- You care about user experience, reliability, and building products that create real customer value.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with good self-structure and communication.
- Norwegian speakers preferred, as we want this role to interact with Norwegian customers (international candidates that can show a track record of problem solving, learning, and execution at a high level will be evaluated as well)

Furthermore, it is a bonus if you have experience with:
- Working with camera, biometrics, or other hardware-based sensors.
- Basic understanding of security concepts in mobile apps (secure storage, integrity, anti-tampering, etc.).
- Interest in on-device ML or deploying ML models on mobile (not required).

Location
Our offices are in Gjøvik and Oslo. This role is based in Gjøvik, where you’ll work closely with our biometric team. We offer flexibility in where you work, but prioritize being together in the office during your initial growth phase (1-2 years)..
